You have 7 days from the purchase date to return or exchange the Item.
The returns and exchange process requires two simple steps:
1. Return the relevant Items in the same condition as supplied. The item(s) should also be returned in their original packaging, where applicable.
2. Send a copy of the relevant invoice.
Items purchased through the Platform can be returned on Your expenses to the location chosen by Mustadam.
Any items whatsoever which have been provided free-of-charge with the relevant Items must also be returned.
You must take reasonable care of any Items that You wish to return and not use them. The Items must be returned in their original conditions at the time of delivery. Mustadam will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused to the Item during your possession and Mustadam may reject the request to return, exchange or refund.
In accordance with global retail industry standards, We are unable to accept returns or exchanges of Items in certain categories.
