At Mustadam, we prioritize your satisfaction and provide the option to return or exchange products in accordance with the following terms:
New Products:
New products may be returned or exchanged if the following conditions are met:
- The product is in its original condition and has not been used.
- The product does not require assembly or has already been assembled.
- The return or exchange request is submitted within 48 hours of the delivery date.
Used Products:
Used products may only be returned or exchanged under the following conditions:
- There is a material discrepancy between the product description on the Platform and the actual product.
- There is a defect affecting the product’s functional performance, such as breakage or damage.
- There is a missing part or essential component of the product.
How to Submit a Return Request:
- Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the product through the website.
- If you encounter any difficulties, you may contact us through the official support channels.
Cancellation Before Delivery:
- If you wish to cancel your order, please do so at least 24 hours before completing the order.
Processing and Receipt Time:
- Our team may require 3 to 7 business days to receive the product intended for return.
Refunds:
- For payments made via credit or debit card: The refund will be returned to the card or account within 4 to 15 days, depending on the bank or according to the payment service provider’s policy.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Refunds:
You may choose to receive the refund via bank transfer or store credit voucher.
If you opt for a bank transfer, please contact Customer Service to submit your return request. Bank transfers may take up to 14 business days.
If you choose a store credit voucher, it will be sent to the email address used when placing the order.
For payments made using points or promotional vouchers, a return voucher equivalent to the order value will be issued and sent to your email.
